When you submit a demo request through our website contact form, we collect the following information:

  • First and last name
  • Company name
  • Business email address
  • Phone number (optional)
  • Your message describing your workflow needs

We do not collect any sensitive categories of personal data (e.g. health data, political opinions) through this form.

3. Why We Collect Your Data and the Legal Basis

We collect and process your personal data for the following purposes:

  • To respond to your demo request - We use the information you submit to follow up with you about the RE:WASTE platform. Legal basis: Legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)) and your consent given when submitting the form (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)).
  • To improve our services - We may use aggregate, anonymised information to better understand how businesses use our platform.

4. How We Store and Protect Your Data

Your data is stored on secure servers located within the European Economic Area (EEA). We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

We retain your contact form data for up to 24 months after your initial inquiry. After that period, your data is deleted unless you have entered into a customer agreement with us.
